Fluid pumping unit
 

Whether used in conjunction with our coiled tubing units or for standalone projects, our fluid pumping equipment is fully integrated with redundant twin quintaplex pumps. Engine size and pump performance have been selected to support larger OD coiled tubing operations or standalone pump down treatments with 24-hour continuous operations. The units provide improved flow rates and annular flow velocities at design circulation pressures. In addition, the units feature an in-line, heated, chemical additive system, which improves the efficiency, accuracy, and safety of milling and cleanout applications.

Abrasive Cutting
 

The STEP Mixing Skid (SMS) was designed and engineered to offer a cost-effective alternative to traditional fracturing operations. The SMS unit works in conjunction with our fluid pumping unit to deliver an efficient and effective option for abrasive jetting operations with minimal equipment and lease footprint requirements. This unique system eliminates up to eight pieces of equipment and associated personnel, reducing costs up to 50% compared to conventional processes.

Chemical Additive System
 

All of our fluid pumping units are equipped with an in-line, heated, chemical additive system, which improves the efficiency, accuracy, and safety of milling and cleanout applications.

Features of the chemical additive system include:

  • Integrated, temperature controlled system
  • All mixing can be done on board and with little intervention
  • Ability to load and transport three different types of chemicals eliminating additional chemical van and operator
  • Improved loading accuracy through digital metering from control cab
  • Improved safety through reduced chemical handling
