STEP Raises $93,000 with its Annual Christmas Spirit Campaign

At STEP, we have an incredibly proud tradition of giving, both as a company and individuals. The annual Christmas Spirit Campaign is an initiative where each location raises money for a local charity over the holiday season. STEP is a proud supporter of the communities we operate in, which is why we challenge individuals, departments and rigs to raise as much money as possible and STEP matches all donations dollar-for-dollar. 

This year we are pleased to share that after the STEP match, we raised over $93,000 for 14 charities across North America. Since the campaign’s inception in 2013, STEP has raised over $383,000! We are incredibly proud of the hard work that goes into the fundraising initiatives and the results speak to our commitment.

Blackfalds, AB and Fort St. John, B.C.: Blackfalds Christmas Bureau and Fort St. John Women’s Resource Society 
Calgary, AB: The United Way of Calgary and Area 
Grande Prairie, AB: Tiny Hands of Hope
Medicine Hat, AB: Ronald McDonald House 
Red Deer, AB: Red Deer Christmas Bureau and Red Deer Food Bank

U.S.

Abilene, Hays and Tulsa 

Donations to be split between:

• Shine On for Women 
• Community Assistance Center of Hays
• Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma 

Houston: Covenant House 

McAlester: McAlester Youth Group/Youth Emergency Shelter 

San Antonio, Floresville, Midland, Arcadia and North Dakota 

Donations to be split between:

• ​Bread of Life Food Ministry, First Baptist Church of Arcadia
• Floresville Food Pantry & Resource Center
• West Texas Food Bank
