STEP Energy Completes 1st Job

Calgary, AB (Saturday, December 10, 2011) - STEP Energy Services successfully completed its first job on Saturday, December 10, 2011.  STEP’s fluid pumping unit and crew were utilized in a clean-out procedure supporting coiled tubing and fracturing operations in the Drayton Valley area.  “It was a very proud day for STEP Energy, the job was executed as engineered and both crew and equipment performed exceptional,” stated Steve Glanville, COO, “the customer was happy with the job, and everyone on location was impressed with STEP’s people and pumping equipment.” 

Bailey Epp, STEP’s President, said “we are very pleased with the performance of our industry leading ‘true twin’ pump and associated equipment, it performed as designed in its first field operations”.  STEP Energy expects its 2nd pumping unit to be ready for operations on December 19th, 2011.
