STEP Energy Services Appoints New Member to Board of Directors

Calgary, AB (March 13, 2014) – STEP Energy Services announces the appointment of Mr. Michael Kelly to the company’s board of directors, effective March 12, 2014.

“I am pleased to have the opportunity to serve on the board of STEP Energy Services,” says Kelly. “STEP is a young, dynamic company with an emphasis on service quality and operational excellence. I am excited by the prospects for the company in Canada’s growing oilfield services markets.”

Mr. Kelly is president of Hogarth Ventures Ltd, a private energy investment company. He has extensive experience in managing growth oriented companies in both domestic and international markets. From 1997 until 2013, Mr. Kelly served as an executive with Trican Well Service Ltd; from 1997 to 2009, Mr. Kelly was the vice-president, finance and chief financial officer and most recently he held the position of senior vice-president, EAME and CIS where he oversaw Trican’s international operations.
