Calgary, AB (June 25, 2012) – STEP Energy Services’ Professionals have successfully completed the company’s first Coiled Tubing operations. STEP Professionals utilized the company’s first Coiled Tubing Mast Unit to complete two wells over the weekend for our client on their Northern BC pad location. The operations included Stage Tool and Debris Sub Millouts with 2” coiled tubing to depths over 2,000m. STEP Professionals started the rig-up Thursday and concluded operations on the two wells Sunday. Steve Glanville, COO at STEP, stated “completing our first job is truly a milestone achievement for everyone at STEP. It has been the focus of our company for the past year and to see the first coiled tubing job successfully completed marks a very proud day for our company and all STEP Professionals”.
