STEP Energy Services Welcomes Peter Tertzakian to Board of Directors

Calgary, AB (April 30, 2015) - STEP Energy Services is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Peter Tertzakian to the Board of Directors, effective April 15. Regan Davis, STEP’s president and chief executive officer, states, “STEP is very fortunate to have access to Mr. Tertzakian’s time, energy and talents. Now that we have an expanded business focus, including fracturing services in Canada and a coiled tubing division in the United States, we are fortunate recipients of Mr. Tertzakian’s experience and insights.”

Mr. Tertzakian is Chief Energy Economist and Managing Director at ARC Financial Corp. Mr. Tertzakian joined ARC in 2002, with a background in geophysics, economics and business. Between 1997 and 2001 Mr. Tertzakian was a top-ranked equity analyst covering oil and gas services. He is the bestselling author of A Thousand Barrels A Second and The End of Energy Obesity, and is a sought after international speaker on energy industry matters. As head of ARC’s strategic investment research, Mr. Tertzakian publishes ARC Energy Charts, a weekly column that analyzes financial and operational trends in the world of energy. Mr. Tertzakian is also adjunct Professor with the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary.
