STEP's Founders Announced as Finalists for Entrepreneur of the Year Award

Calgary, AB (July 14, 2014) – On Monday, July 7 Ernst and Young announced the 2014 Prairies finalists for their Entrepreneur of the Year Award. All three of STEP's founders (Regan Davis, Steve Glanville and Bailey Epp) were selected as finalists in the Emerging Entrepreneur category. Companies less than five years old were encouraged to submit an application to this category highlighting their growth, strategy for expansion and details surrounding their corporate culture; areas which STEP has clearly demonstrated success.

"Being narrowed down as one of the finalists in our region is a tremendous accomplishment," says president and chief executive officer and past EY winner Regan Davis. "The exciting growth we've experienced since our inception three short years ago is something we are really proud of. The successful expansion of our fleet of equipment and the value we deliver to our clients would not be possible without the collaboration of talented industry experts and field professionals. The Canadian awards program, which is in its 21st year, honours the country's most impressive entrepreneurs. STEP's founders will be recognized as finalists at the gala in Calgary on October 16 where the category and regional winners will be announced. Overall Prairie winners will represent the region at the national gala in Toronto on November 25.
