For the third year, STEP professionals and executives volunteered at the Calgary Flames Sports Bank to support KidSport Calgary in preparing kids for the hockey season. STEP team members organized, outfitted, and distributed hockey equipment, ensuring children had what they needed to participate in organized sports.

This work reflects STEP’s ongoing partnership with KidSport Calgary, a not-for-profit that provides access to sports for all children. By volunteering, STEP helps programs run smoothly and ensures equipment reaches the kids who need it most.
